Current users can benefit from the update seminars regarding In-tend's system, and non-users will have the chance to learn more about how the system can benefit them. For both users and non-users, there will be the opportunity to see system demonstrations, in order to maximise your usage of the system.

In-tend's Annual Community Conference is a one day conference and exhibition event, bringing together both the public and private sectors across In-tend's UK base of customers. The day consists of a supplier exhibition providing fantastic networking opportunities between buyers and suppliers. Alongside this will be the topical procurement seminars led by In-tend's procurement team and trainers, for both buyer and supplier day delegates.

The event is organised by In-tend Limited, a subsidiary company of the University of Sheffield. In-tend are a leading provider of e-procurement solutions to the public and private sector, with over 400 organisations and thousands of suppliers accessing the tendering solution worldwide.

Our customer base is highly diverse, including universities, councils, colleges, housing associations, NHS, Parliament, emergency services, and many more. Since 2006, In-tend have provided procurement events to users and non-users of the systems; attracting a range of organisations across the country. Whatever your interest, we welcome your enquiry.

What are the event opening times?

The event is open from 09:15-15:00.

Is there parking available on site?

There is ample, complimentary parking available on-site (Cranmore Park), with an additional overflow car park also available.

When can exhibitors set up?

Exhibitors have the option to set up the day prior from 16:00-18:00, or alternatively set up on the event day from 07:30. Exhibitors need to be set up by 08:45.

Is there somewhere for exhibitors to unload larger items?

Yes, there is a loading bay leading directly into the exhibition hall. Please contact exhibition@in-tend.co.uk for further information.

Can exhibitors attend the seminar sessions?

Yes, exhibitors are more than welcome to attend the seminar sessions should they wish to. There are allocated break times to allow for networking for all attendees.
